Birthday in a Box: A Bay Area Service Teens Tradition Since 1996

Bay Area Service Teens dedicate their time to various philanthropic programs from September to April, following a membership meeting.

One of their favorites is Birthday in a Box, where teens put together everything an elementary student needs to celebrate their birthday. This special ‘box’ includes cupcake supplies, a thoughtful gift, and a handwritten card from the Bay Area Service Teen, offering warm wishes for their big day.

The recipients of these boxes are students participating in the Communities In Schools – Bay Area program, partnerships with League City Elementary and McWhirter Elementary in Clear Creek ISD, as well as KE Little Elementary and San Leon Elementary in Dickinson ISD.
