Caring Kits provides clothing and hygiene kits for victims of domestic and sexual assaults whose clothing has been retained by law enforcement as evidence. Partnerships are with the Bay Area Turning Point, The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Harris County Constable Precinct 2, Houston Methodist Clear Lake, the La Porte and League City Police Departments, and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

The Caring Kits program was established to address some of the immediate needs of individuals affected by these crimes.

Four hundred one (401) kits were distributed between June 2025 and May 2026.
