Bay Area Service League provides interview and job-appropriate clothing to individuals who have been referred by The Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Pasadena, Family Houston Bay Area, Family Promise of Clear Creek, or Workforce Solutions – Clear Lake.

In the spring of 2026, members voted to add Higher Up Texas, a nonprofit focused on providing life skills, professional development, and critical thinking mentorship to young adults (ages 17–23) to help them navigate adulthood, as a partner.

This philanthropic program offers an opportunity for men and women re-entering the workforce after a job loss or a change in domestic circumstances to receive interview-ready attire and workplace-appropriate clothing.

For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the organization provided clothing to 49 referred clients.
