Notes for Folks is a philanthropic program launched in 2016 to help teens connect with seniors residing in the memory care unit at Discovery Village Clear Lake. Throughout the years, Bay Area Service Teens have not only provided cards to celebrate birthdays and other significant milestones but also visited the facility to engage in various activities. These include creating crafts, participating in holiday caroling, tackling jigsaw puzzles, and even working together to make fleece blankets for the Project Snuggle philanthropic program.

Notes for Folks serves as a meaningful reminder for our teens about the importance of honoring our senior citizens. While seniors may not remember every achievement from their lives, they have paved the way for future generations, allowing us to enjoy the benefits of their countless contributions.
