The Heroes of Positive Endeavors (H.O.P.E.) Award was established to honor the late Stuart Williams, whose significant contributions greatly benefited our organization. Recipients of this award exemplify the generosity and spirit that Stuart so freely shared.

We are honored to recognize Dr. Glenn Freedman as this year’s H.O.P.E. Award recipient. Over many years, he has always been there for Bay Area Service League, offering steady guidance, encouragement, and practical know-how—especially when we’ve faced tough spots. As a member of our Advisory Council, Dr. Freedman shares helpful insights and helps us keep things in perspective.

Beyond his guidance, Dr. Freedman has demonstrated his commitment through generous financial support and active advocacy for our organization within the community. He has facilitated the establishment of new partnerships, championed our programs, and ensured that we have the necessary resources to sustain our growth. Dr. Freedman’s ongoing support is integral to our mission.

His leadership and real belief in our work have always encouraged us. We are proud to present the H.O.P.E. Award to Dr. Glenn Freedman, whose ongoing support means so much to Bay Area Service League and the community we serve.
