Gabriel Cervantes serves as this year’s Vice Chair Marketing and Communications for Bay Area Service Teens, providing direction for the organization’s outreach initiatives.

Gabriel’s commitment to Bay Area Service Teens is driven by his aspiration to effect meaningful change within his community. He identified the organization as a platform that integrates service, leadership, and teamwork to achieve sustainable outcomes. Through his involvement, Gabriel has applied his skills to further the organization’s mission and provide tangible benefits to its philanthropic program beneficiaries.

As a junior at Clear Lake High School, Gabriel is an active participant in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and the school’s marching band, where he plays the tuba. In addition to his academic pursuits, he demonstrates ongoing commitment to service and leadership as a dedicated member of Scouting America.

Motivated by a commitment to personal growth and community impact, Gabriel assumed a leadership role to expand his contributions and support his peers’ development.

Gabriel is particularly dedicated to Notes for Folks, a program that builds intergenerational connections through messages and handmade cards. This initiative exemplifies how small gestures can generate significant positive impact.
