Emily Koyfman is Focused on Commitment to Service and Leadership

Emily Koyfman is a sophomore at Clear Creek High School, actively participating in Varsity Debate, Varsity Orchestra, Mu Alpha Theta, and Student Council. Her dedication to academics and leadership demonstrates her motivation to grow, contribute, and take on new challenges.

Outside the classroom, Emily plays the violin, stays active with tennis and running, and enjoys reading. This balance of creativity, discipline, and curiosity informs her approach to service and leadership.

Her favorite philanthropic program is Birthday in a Box, which she finds especially meaningful because it brings joy to children who might not otherwise celebrate their birthdays. She values the program’s thoughtfulness and the happiness it brings to families in need.

Emily joined Bay Area Service Teens to give back to her community and connect with peers who share her passion for service. As the Assistant Auxiliary Treasurer, she is eager to learn about the organization’s operations and contribute her skills to its mission. She looks forward to collaborating with fellow leaders and strengthening the impact of Bay Area Service Teens this year.
