Since 1989, Bay Area Service League has supplied more than 56,000 Bay Area students with essential school clothing, such as new shoes, jackets, underwear, and hygiene supplies. On Friday, July 31st, volunteers from the Ready For School Shop & Deliver program outfitted 46 students from Galveston Independent School District and the Odyssey Academy on the Galveston campus with appropriate school apparel.

The shopping team—Elizabeth Arceneaux, Jen Watson, Sarah Foulds, Connie Hughes, Debbie Karam, and Barbara Weitenhagen—carefully selected and delivered the requested items to the schools. Their dedication ensures these students can begin the school year feeling confident and proud.
