Bay Area Service League Participates in Annual Bay Area Turning Point’s E‑Race Scavenger Hunt

Bay Area Service League was honored to be a featured stop in Bay Area Turning Point’s annual Domestic Violence E‑Race Scavenger Hunt. Participants visited mission-driven organizations throughout the community to learn how each supports survivors and strengthens local families. We appreciated the opportunity to take part.

We welcomed teams as they checked in, collected clues, and explored our award-winning resale shop. This event highlighted how the shop funds our programs, including Caring Kits, which provides clothing and accessories to victims of domestic violence after an exam. We also shared the work of our auxiliary, Bay Area Service Teens, whose programs Crafted with Care and Project Snuggle address the needs of children affected by domestic violence.

Congratulations to the team, Sarah Ferguson (Home Bank) and Wendy Drapela (One Stop Tents & Events), who visited our shop and earned second place in the scavenger hunt.

We appreciate Bay Area Turning Point for highlighting community partners in such an engaging way and for raising important awareness during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
