Following membership meetings, members who have committed to the Crafted with Care initiative come together to create meaningful and personalized mementos for children living in the Bay Area Turning Point and The Bridge Over Troubled Waters shelters.

These mementos are thoughtfully designed to reflect the themes of upcoming holidays or special celebrations. Once completed and delivered to the shelters, the children can display it within their temporary living spaces.

Through this initiative, Assisteens^® aim to provide a sense of hope and belonging during what can be a challenging time for these young residents.
