Bay Area Service League’s Ready for School wrapped up its in-person activity at our three area JCPenney stores – Baybrook, League City, and Pasadena – the first week of September.

It was rewarding to see countless smiles on students’ faces as they had the chance to choose stylish school clothing and accessories, along with receiving hygiene kits. This ensured they could step into the classroom with confidence alongside their peers.

This remarkable effort by our members, who managed every aspect of the philanthropic initiative—from staffing and recordkeeping to coordinating with school districts—was deeply gratifying.

Together, Bay Area Service League is making a difference one life at a time.
