Bay Area Service League members Roxann Zamora and Terry Overcash, along with Bay Area Service Teens Lexi Murphy and Jasmine Ross, participated in Clear Lake United Methodist Church’s annual Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 25th.

In an effort to promote the league’s new philanthropic initiative, Literacy for Life, the young trick-or-treaters not only filled their bags with candy but also had the chance to pick a book to take home. This initiative highlights the importance of having a book in hand and encourages a love for reading among kids.
