Project Snuggle, established in 2007 in partnership with Bay Area Turning Point and expanded in 2021 to include The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc., remains one of Bay Area Service Teens’ most meaningful service initiatives.

The teens create soft, cuddly fleece blankets that are delivered in bulk to young residents at both shelters. Many arrive after leaving home abruptly and with very few personal belongings. These blankets provide an immediate sense of comfort and stability during an extremely difficult transition.

Bay Area Service Teens, through the years, have continued to support this program and the shelters that make this work possible.
