After each membership meeting, the volunteers assemble special birthday boxes to bring a smile to the faces of kids who may not otherwise have the opportunity to celebrate their special day.

For 2025-2026, members assembled and delivered 280 Birthday in a Box bags to League City Elementary and McWhirter Elementary in Clear Creek ISD, and to K.E. Little Elementary and San Leon Elementary in Dickinson ISD for at-risk students in the Communities In Schools – Bay Area program.
