Heartis Memory Care Residents Receive February Greetings
Through the Notes for Folks philanthropic program, Assisteens connect with seniors who reside in the memory care unit at Heartis Senior Living. One component of the program is creating birthday and celebratory cards that are distributed monthly. Our hope is these cards let the residents know they are valued.

If traveling on FM 646, past the FM 1266 (Tuscan Lakes Boulevard) intersection, the chapter’s familiar photo and call to action are visible in a new area of our community.
