Mindy Maas (left) and Vicky Jones (right) recently delivered Caring Kits from the Bay Area Service League to The Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

This philanthropic initiative is dedicated to playing a supportive role in the recovery journey of individuals who have experienced sexual assault. Caring Kits provide essential items for those who have had to forfeit their original clothing during a medical examination. Recipients leave the facility with scrubs, undergarments, and flip-flops, enabling them to remain at The Bridge, where they receive crucial services, support, and a safe haven until they feel ready to transition back to independent living.
