Bay Area Service League’s Ready for School initiative is excited to announce that its Shop & Deliver option is back in action!

The process begins with volunteers visiting a local Target store to select clothing and accessories based on the students’ requests. Next, other volunteers step in to deliver these carefully selected items. Finally, students receive their brand new outfits, shoes, undergarments, and hygiene kits, ready to start the school year with confidence.

In a recent delivery, Sarah Foulds (left) brought items to the Galveston Independent School District, where she was pleased to see a familiar face, JoEllen Allen (right), welcoming her to the district.
