    What a joyful day it was as the chapter officially launched the 2024 Operation School Bell® season on Wednesday, August 7th, at local JCPenney stores, serving students from nine school districts in the Houston-Galveston Bay Area. Since 2001, Assistance League® of the Bay Area has provided clothing and accessories to over 33,000 students.

    On Sunday, August 4th, Assisteens® gathered to craft fleece blankets for the children who reside at the Bay Area Turning Point and The Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
